We process personal data to perform our contract with you (service operation and billing), for legitimate interests (security and reliability), and based on consent where required (optional analytics).
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Jamforge does not store full card numbers.
Processors
We use third-party processors including Stripe (payments), Google (authentication), ElevenLabs (music generation), and PostHog (optional analytics when consented).
Data Retention
We retain account and song data while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time. Some billing records may be retained as required by law.
Your Rights
You can access, export, and delete your account data from the Privacy Center. You can also object to or restrict certain processing and contact us for manual requests.
International Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries outside your own jurisdiction by our service providers, subject to applicable safeguards.
